I am Amir Taraghi, born in 1993 in Shiraz, Iran. Growing up in a family where cinema and photography were central to our lives, I naturally developed a deep passion for these fields. From an early age, I was immersed in the creative world, which inspired me to pursue a career in photography and filmmaking. After completing my education, I began learning Photoshop and film editing software, honing my skills in visual design. Alongside this, I started learning professional photography, particularly in the modeling and fashion industries.
As my expertise grew, I expanded my focus to include videography and cinematic editing, mastering special effects for film and music video production. By 2015, I had become fully professional in photography, videography, and film editing, working on various projects, including music videos for well-known personalities. My skill set continued to evolve, and I found myself increasingly drawn to the world of filmmaking. I began writing short scripts and studying the principles of cinema, though social and professional circumstances caused some of my projects to remain incomplete.
Despite these challenges, I remained committed to advancing my craft, completing several screenplays and enhancing my understanding of cinematic techniques. From 2020 to 2024, I focused on mastering the art of filmmaking, color grading, and advanced editing techniques using state-of-the-art cinematic cameras such as RED and ARRI. My involvement in the film industry also extended to animation and motion capture technology, where I gained extensive experience in producing and editing professional animations for various film projects.
Currently, I am in the process of preparing the equipment for shooting my first film, applying all the knowledge and skills I have gained over the years. With my background in photography, videography, film editing, and animation, I am eager to bring my vision to life and create impactful, visually stunning cinematic experiences.
